2. Our rugs are crafted from natural or synthetic materials, including wool, silk, synthetic and natural dyes, and are washed after weaving. Please be aware that some of our rugs are handmade and may contain minute particles, such as bird feathers. Customers with allergies should be aware of this potential. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge this, and Citronsilk Ltd. is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from the use of our products.
3. The dimensions listed for each rug may not be exact, and a 5% variation in size is expected due to the handmade nature of the product. Additionally, while we provide a certificate of authenticity for the materials used, the reported material composition can vary by up to 10% from the reported numbers.
4. You also assume full responsibility for placing the rug in a safe manner to prevent accidents. Citronsilk Ltd. is not liable for any injuries, including trips, slips, or entanglements with the rug or its fringes.
5. Citronsilk Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to the rug after purchase, including but not limited to, changes in color due to tear, wear, spills, or exposure to sunlight. Citronsilk Ltd. is not liable to provide any after-sales services or repairs for damage to the rug once it has been purchased.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We do not offer cash on delivery or post-payment options unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Pricing Disclaimer:

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Customer are allowed to request price adjustment up to 30 after placing the order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during statutory holidays recognized in Alberta, including Alberta Family Day and Heritage Day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are considered received on the next business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and other reputable carriers. Delivery standards are based on Canada Post guidelines and may vary depending on your location within Alberta (e.g., urban vs. rural areas).

10. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight/size. These fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

11. Delivery Estimates:

Citronsilk Ltd. will provide an estimated delivery date for your order. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier standards and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and remote delivery zones in Alberta may affect transit times. Shipping carrier’s On-Time Delivery Guarantee may be suspended during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond their control. Customers have right to cancel the purchase if the ordered items are not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date. The customer must return the item within 15 days of receiving item after order cancellation. The customer is responsible for scheduling a carrier pickup for all return shipments at the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

The arbitration shall take place in Calgary, Alberta, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts of Alberta to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claims will be brought on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action. You further agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
